Booking & Reservation
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via messaging platforms.
Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.
Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information when making a reservation.
Confor Loc reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if incorrect information is provided.
Driver Requirements
To rent a vehicle, the driver must:
Be at least 21 years old
Hold a valid driving license
Present a passport or national ID
Have at least one year of driving experience
International driving licenses may be required depending on nationality.
Vehicle Use
The renter agrees to:
Use the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with Moroccan traffic laws
Not use the vehicle for illegal activities
Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
Return the vehicle in the same condition as received
Driving off-road or outside authorized areas may require prior approval.
Delivery & Pickup
Confor Loc offers delivery and pickup services at hotels, riads, and airports including Marrakech Menara Airport.
Customers must respect agreed delivery and return times.
Payment Terms
Payment is generally made upon vehicle delivery (Cash on Delivery unless otherwise agreed).
Rental prices include agreed services stated at booking confirmation.
Additional services or delays may incur extra charges.
Insurance & Liability
All vehicles include basic insurance coverage.
The renter is responsible for:
Traffic fines
Damage caused by negligence
Loss of vehicle accessories or documents
In case of accident, the renter must immediately inform Confor Loc and local authorities.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are delivered with an agreed fuel level and must be returned with the same level unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel reservations by contacting Confor Loc in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in service fees depending on preparation and delivery arrangements.
Airport Transfer Services
Airport transfer bookings include scheduled pickup or drop-off services.
Drivers monitor flight arrivals to adjust pickup times when necessary.
Customers must inform Confor Loc of any major schedule changes.

Limitation of Liability
