Introduction

This Rental Policy defines the conditions governing vehicle rental services provided by Confor Loc in Marrakech and throughout Morocco.

By renting a vehicle from Confor Loc, the renter agrees to all conditions listed below.

Driver Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, the driver must:

  • Be minimum 21 years old

  • Hold a valid driving license

  • Present passport or national ID

  • Have at least 1 year driving experience

Only drivers registered in the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle.

Rental Period

  • Rental duration is calculated per 24 hours.

  • Late returns may generate additional charges.

  • Any extension must be approved by Confor Loc before the return time.

Vehicle Delivery & Return

Confor Loc provides delivery service at:

  • Hotels & Riads

  • City locations

  • Marrakech Menara Airport

The vehicle must be returned:

  • At agreed time and location

  • In the same condition as delivery

Payment Policy

  • Payment is made Cash on Delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • Rental price is confirmed at booking.

  • Additional services or delays may result in extra fees.

Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category.

The deposit covers:

  • Possible damages

  • Traffic fines

  • Missing accessories

  • Fuel differences

The deposit is returned after vehicle inspection.

Insurance Coverage

All vehicles include basic insurance.

Insurance does not cover:

  • Dangerous or reckless driving

  • Driving under alcohol or drugs

  • Unauthorized drivers

  • Off-road driving without permission

  • Loss of keys or documents

Customers must immediately notify Confor Loc and authorities in case of accident.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are delivered with a defined fuel level and must be returned with the same level.

Otherwise, refueling charges may apply.

Traffic Fines & Violations

The renter is fully responsible for:

  • Speeding tickets

  • Parking violations

  • Traffic penalties during rental period

Vehicle Restrictions

The renter agrees NOT to:

  • Use the vehicle for racing or illegal activities

  • Transport prohibited goods

  • Sub-rent the vehicle

  • Leave Morocco without authorization

Breakdown & Assistance

In case of mechanical problem or emergency:

  • Contact Confor Loc immediately

  • Do not repair the vehicle without approval

Road assistance will be arranged when necessary.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Customers may cancel reservations in advance.

  • Failure to appear at agreed delivery time may result in cancellation fees.

Customer Responsibilities

The renter must:

✔ Respect Moroccan traffic laws
✔ Secure the vehicle when parked
✔ Return keys and documents
✔ Inform agency of any incident

Personal Belongings

Confor Loc is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle after return.

Acceptance of Agreement

By confirming a reservation or receiving the vehicle, the renter acknowledges acceptance of this Rental Policy & Agreement.
